Mercedes-Benz returned for another year as a proud sponsor of the 2008 Aspen Ideas Festival, a week-long event held June 30 to July 6 in Aspen, Colorado. This special gathering brought together leaders from around the world, including the Dalai Lama, to discuss critical global issues.
The purpose of the event was to create deep dialogue around issues ranging from arts and culture, to world economy, to climate and sustainability — the latter being a subject about which Mercedes-Benz is particularly passionate.
